PGANE selects next president
The Propane Gas Association of New England (PGANE) named Leslie Anderson as its next president and CEO.
Anderson was chosen by a seven-member search committee appointed by PGANEās board of directors.
According to PGANE, Anderson has a distinguished career in the propane industry, having worked for 14 years as director of risk and corporate counsel at Dead River Co. Most recently she has served in Maine state government, leading the Bureau of Remediation and Waste Management for the Maine Department of Environmental Protection.
Anderson will take over the position from current president Joe Rose on Jan. 3. Rose plans to work with Anderson for about six months to ensure a smooth transition, according to PGANE.
