Role defined

“My primary role is to establish Roush CleanTech as a leader in the advanced clean mobility industry through brand positioning and event engagement. Since joining the Roush family in 2011, I’ve served as marketing analyst and marketing manager, and have managed the corporate brand, website, media activities and trade shows.

“My favorite part of this role is building authentic relationships and having a shared vision for a clean future. I show up every day for my family, for our team and for the long-lasting relationships I’ve been lucky to create with our customers and partners. It feels good to promote a solution that helps schools and fleets do more with less while also reducing harmful emissions. It’s also fun to meet with customers and partners at industry events and to see our autogas vehicles rolling down the street in my community.”

An education in autogas

“There are so many upsides to autogas for a variety of businesses and fleets. From total cost of ownership to emissions reduction, it’s one of the most viable solutions to help schools, transit agencies and commercial companies sustainably reduce their carbon footprint and meet emissions standards coming down the line, going well beyond 2027.”

Advancements in technology, infrastructure

“One of the best things I’ve been able to witness in my 13 years in the industry is the improvement in autogas technology and infrastructure, which have made adoption much more seamless. Engine technology has changed in the last two decades with the use of liquid injection. The new technology improves overall vehicle performance, provides reliability in cold weather and allows vehicles to maintain horsepower, torque and towing capacity. And, public and private options for fueling infrastructure have increased dramatically, with more affordable fueling options available than ever before. All of this has positioned autogas as an excellent alternative transportation fuel option.

“Of course, there’s a place for other fuel options, too – even within the same fleet. Many of our customers have diverse fleet portfolios that include several alternative fuel options.”

Hobbies

“I enjoy living in beautiful Michigan with my husband, children and golden retriever. Outside of work, I love tennis, water skiing and reading. I also spend a lot of time chasing after my three young boys and watching their many sports.”
