Women in Propane launches new webinar series

Women in Propane (WIP), an official business council of the National Propane Gas Association (NPGA), is launching a new webinar series titled “Leadership Lens Live Webinars.”

WIP will host its inaugural webinar, “Building Emotional Intelligence (EQ),” on Nov. 3 at 1 p.m. Eastern.

Speaker Danelle DiLibero, the senior vice president of people and culture at Anova, will teach the audience about how to apply and enhance foundational emotional intelligence skills, such as recognizing and changing self-defeating behaviors, reframing the situation for the best possible outcome, finding empathy and valuing the relationship over the situation.

The new webinar series is a sister program to WIP’s “Through the Leadership Lens” podcast. The one-hour webinar is free to all. Attendees can register here.
