PERC appoints digital media manager

The Propane Education & Research Council (PERC) named Ryan Dutcher as senior manager for social and digital media.

According to PERC, Dutcher has more than 10 years of experience in digital communications. He previously worked at the American Chamber of Commerce in Beijing as senior communications manager.

In his new position, Dutcher will oversee the creation and publication of original content. His main responsibilities include developing digital and social media strategies, optimizing campaigns, establishing and using website analytics and analysis tools, and creating program insights and performance review presentations.

Dutcher will serve as a key point of contact on the consumer education campaign, PERC adds. As a member of the communications team, he will also handle media requests.
